• After purchasing this service, you will receive a “Let’s Get Started” email, which will contain an intake form for you to complete (takes less than 2 minutes)
• Read and sign Client Agreement form (sent via email)
• You will automatically receive the Questionnaire (you will have 7 business days to complete upon receipt).
  Please note: The questionnaire helps us gather information about your career goals, education, work history, achievements, accomplishments, etc., so we can craft your targeted resume. As you answer the questions, be thoughtful in your responses, meaning take time to answer each question using complete sentences! Again, I use this questionnaire to craft your resume, which means your resume will only be as good as the information I have available to me. That being said, be ready to spend at least 30-60 minutes a day working on your questionnaire (varies depending on your work history, how long you’ve been working for, your accomplishments, etc).
• Submit the questionnaire. 24 hours after receiving questionnaire, I will follow up with you to confirm your project start time and when you can expect the 1st draft of your documents. Timeframe: clients will receive the 1st draft in 7-10 business days after submitting the questionnaire.
• You will receive your 1st Review it and take advantage of unlimited revisions until you’re 100% satisfied.
• Once you’re satisfied, I will send an offboarding email containing your resume in WORD and PDF format.

No, we do not write federal resumes.

Yes, we offer 2 payment plan options: Klarna and PayPal in 4. You can select which payment plan works best for you at checkout.

Customer satisfaction is important to us, which is why we offer unlimited revisions on all writing services until you’re 100% satisfied with the final product. As a result, all purchases are final and we do not issue refunds.

Yes, we offer unlimited revisions until you're 100% satisfied. 

HOW IT WORKS: Once you receive the 1st draft, you will have 7 business days to request revisions. Once you send us your revisions, we will apply them to your resume and provide you with an updated version (1-3 business days). If we DO NOT hear from you within the 7 business day window,  we will assume that you are satisfied with the document and send you final versions. At this point you will not be able to request revisions. 

Please give us 7-10 business days (M-F) to complete your package. We do offer rush orders (5-day, 3-day, and 1-day turnaround time) for an additional fee. To inquire, please email us at [email protected]
