Using the latest resume writing strategies, I will craft a value-driven resume that’s:

• ATS-friendly: Get past ATS (stands for Applicant Tracking System) once and for all with the right keywords, layout, and format (P.S we do NOT use resume templates! All resumes are designed from scratch and are ATS compatible. We can do this because we know how ATS works!).
• Achievement-driven: We help our clients stand out by focusing on their skills and achievements. Whether you’re a college student, recent grad, or mid-level professional, I guarantee you have accomplishments, and we know how to make them shine through on paper!
• Industry-specific: We do not create “general resumes” for our clients. Clients let us know what industry they’re targeting, and we make sure to tailor it to that specific industry.
• Visibly appealing: We know how to make your resume pop, using a modernized approach– Talk about standing out!

What does the process look like:

1. After purchasing this service, you will receive a “Let’s Get Started” email, which will contain an intake form for you to complete (takes less than 2 minutes)
2. Read and sign Client Agreement form (sent via email)
3. You will automatically receive the Resume Questionnaire (you will have 7 business days to complete upon receipt). Please note: The questionnaire helps us gather information about your career goals, education, work history, achievements, accomplishments, etc., so we can craft your targeted resume. As you answer the questions, be thoughtful in your responses, meaning take time to answer each question using complete sentences! Again, I use this questionnaire to craft your resume, which means your resume will only be as good as the information I have available to me. That being said, be ready to spend at least 30-60 minutes a day working on your questionnaire (varies depending on your work history, how long you’ve been working for, your accomplishments, etc).
4. Submit the questionnaire. I will follow up with you in 24 hours after receiving the questionnaire to confirm your project start time and when you can expect the 1^st draft of your resume. Timeframe: typically, clients receive the 1^st draft of their resume within 7-10 business days.
5. You receive the 1^st draft of the resume. Review it and take advantage of unlimited revisions until you’re 100% satisfied.
6. Once you’re satisfied, I will send an off-boarding email containing your resume in WORD and PDF format.
